Expressed Connected Subnetworks (DECS) were defined
by metadata from the sNMF clustering results:
co-ordinatedly up - or down - regulated genes in one cluster, or in two combined clusters were computed. DECS with high overlap were filtered. Combined cluster DECS were systematically searched for, again DECS with too much overlap were filtered.
The interface to the MATISSE results leads to DOWN-regulated via green tiles and to UP-regulated DECS via red tiles. Gene networks which are co-ordinatedly up - or down - regulated in a single cluster can be viewed by clicking on either the outer-left column or the outer-right column and the respective cluster tile. Combined cluster DECS can be accessed by clicking on the combinatorial matrix in the middle of the interface.
